6:30am – tea at hotel

7:00 departure for hike

8:00-9:30am doing yoga at jungle

10:00 breakfast time

11:00 start walking .hike 3 hours

1:00 we will do singing bowl relaxation

2:30 pm lunch

3:00pm “self-love “meditation in nature

4:00pm return

5:00pm Reach hotel
